The CB Community Yoga Co-Op’s (CBCYC) mission is to make Yoga accessible for everyone by offering a variety of affordable classes including: Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Yin-Yoga Nidra, Power, Core, Buti, and Restorative Yoga. VINYASA FLOW:   Align the natural movement of your body with your breath. Vinyasa flow naturally aligns the body by incorporating a gentle warm up, core strengthening and as you begin to connect breath with movement you will build a seamless flow from one pose to the next.  All levels welcome. 

RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA NIDRA:  A popular class for those wishing to restore mind, body and spirit.  The entire practice is on the floor utilizing gravity as the main prop to help ground the mind and bring breath to the entire physical body.  The practice ends with a 25 minute guided Savasana called Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep!) 

LUNCH BREAK YOGA:   Variety of styles offered throughout the week ranging from Yoga for Athletes, Power Yoga to Hatha Yoga and Gentle Yoga. Please check the current schedule for the day's class. All classes are designed to restore the mind and body.  This one-hour class is a great way to break up a busy day on the mountain, at school or work. All levels welcome.

BUTI YOGA -Soulful blend of Power Yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. This all-in-one workout tones and sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation.

GENTAL RESTORE & RENEW:  Restorative & healing poses for all students: those with health concerns & older beginners.  Alleviate stress, open your heart, enrich your life and cultivate mindfulness.  Bring an inquisitive fun attitude & ask LOTS of questions.

KUNDALINI - Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is the yoga of awareness - self-awareness.  It is for all levels and all abilities.  Kundalini is an ancient technology that elevates energy and enables one to feel happy, healthy and holy.  Kundalini yoga is an experience of movement, breathe work, mantras - chanting and mudras.  Come with an open mind and experience your true self - Sat nam

PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION: This is an opportunity to explore the breath and allow it to guide you into a more spacious and calm presence.  Discover how a more spacious and calm presence provides more room in which the tensions and stresses of our lives can exist.  All levels welcome.  DONATION ONLY.

FREESTYLE FLOW: This  Vinyasa based class is design to keep your mind and body in tune through practicing joint mobility, core strengthening, balance and breath. As the class builds we move into a moving mediation set to music which is designed to improve our  physical and mental health. Music and Movement based therapies have been proven to boost ones physical, mental, social, and spiritual  self. All levels encouraged!
